I've heard something along those lines once before, and it seems to have a good meaning behind it. I only say seems because my slow brain is still mulling over it.
Thank you SO much for your input on spine ideas!!! It was a HUGE help! I took in mind what you said of not using white and went to the book store. I noticed a lot of them did use white but to my surprise, they didn't pop out as I thought they should have. Very interesting so thanks for pointing it out because white was one I was considering.

The other thing that should be taken into consideration is that it will often depend on what colors are surrounding the book. For example, you probably WOULD find your eye drawn to a white book---if it were floundering around in a mass of black book (and vise-versa).
I found that brother quotes are completely different. And this is what he said to me: "Watch out, she's turning into the hulk right before our eyes." My family finds it extremely entertaining to get me worked up.
And no. Big NO.....I did not even come close to turning into a hu- never mind.
Haha, I'd consider it a sort of compliment to be characterized as Dr. Banner ('cause personally, I think he is totally awesome). But yes, I am being my regularly sarcastic self.
