Well well well well well well well...
I should be somewhere else right now. But I'm not. Surprise!
I meant to blog yesterday. But I didn't. Surprise!
You're reading this now with skepticism. I have a Vulcan mind lock on you. Surprise!
Today I did a very silly thing. I fell on myself, and an alien started growing in my leg. Either that or my leg just started swelling up a bunch, but I prefer the alien theory. It's much more interesting. Nevertheless, I carried on my busy busy day, running about, skipping up stairs, and jumping around. Today was going to be a big day for me. I was going to take a little road trip up to what we Arizonians call "forest country" and spend four nights of awesomeness with some of my best friends up there.
Prescott is about two hours north, and lies up in the mountains.
Unfortunately for me...Prescott is about two hours north, and lies up in the mountains.
Poor little swollen me had to take a shorter, much more boring trip to urgent care to get a couple X-rays. And now I am back here.
The alien in my leg is shrinking, and should be rather non-existent by tomorrow. Now I'll go up and spend three nights of awesomeness instead.
But tonight I'm safe and bored. And that is all I have to say on that matter.
In more news, I have failed.
defeated
gone kaput
knocked down
gave up
blown over
bleehhhhhh
I've *gasp* stopped working on my July NaNoWriMo. At about six or seven thousand words in, a great awakening flashed upon me.
"Oh! I just realized that it is humanly impossible for me to actually do this. And on top of that---wonder it be!---I DON'T WANT TO BE DOING THIS."
So I stopped. And I know you are all probably not very proud of my right now, but don't be mad because I'm just a poor, house ridden young lass.
Anyway, that's done with.
I have two more things to mention while I'm here and not somewhere else.
FIRST, I put more auto play music on this page. It probably won't last, seeing as how I can never stand auto play music, but I threw it on here until I decide I'm tired of the song. It the tune from Pixar's newest short film (which was amaaaaaaaaazing).
SECOND, I'm kind of weirded out right now, because I wasn't sure what to think when I found out that the director who created the appallingly awful Avatar: The Last Airbender movie (No, really, it was more awful then awful. Never ever ever watch it. Ever.) is also the dude who directed The Villiage (Which is one of my favorite movies...strangely. It's kind of a weird film to think of as a favorite, but it's definitely one of mine.). Also, he directed Sixth Sense, which I've heard is good, and I might possibly be watching it tonight. I now have conflicted feelings here...
...I'm not exactly sure why you might have wanted to know any of that, but there you are. Instead of breath from my lungs I'm giving you words from my fingers. Please accept my gift offering with gladness.
So yeah.
Yeah.
Just...yeah.
